Facilitating complex care and treatment of burns and other chronic skin conditions

Product Info

The management of severe burns is complex, it requires specialist equipment, adapted to the patient’s specific therapeutic needs.

Designed for patients with moderate to high dependency burns injuries to help accommodate and maintain skin preservation our custom stainless-steel bathtubs are designed to facilitate bacterial decontamination in accordance with your care procedures.

The height adjustable tank and integrated stretcher facilitate complex exchanges between the patient and caregiver also allowing the carer to use the bath at a safe working height. The removable silicone stretcher straps allow access to different parts of the patient’s body and limit pressure points. A guiding device provides flexible and secure transfer of the stretcher to the optional stretcher trolley which is used to make transportation from bed to bath as easy as possible.

It goes without saying that the complexities involved in treating a burns patient requires safe specialist knowledge and expertise. As well as the prevention of infection water is known to reduce pain and make ligaments and scar tissue more flexible.
