All phone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes and are stored in a private secure cloud environment.
The information that we hold has been provided to us by yourselves whether it be through an account application form, information given at a marketing event, through purchase orders or your contact with our organisation.
We have this information to perform business transactions or because we have already transacted business with you or to liaise with you prior to a business transaction taking place. We also want to tell you about other products and services that may be of interest to you. Please refer to section H.
We sometimes share information with subcontractors if necessary to perform a business transaction. We DO NOT share information with third party companies for marketing purposes.
We will hold your information for as long as is necessary to perform business transactions or at least for 3 years to cover the warranty period from date of purchase. Financial records will be kept for 6 years under lawful basis.
We have an allocated data controller who will monitor data protection on a regular basis, all computers are password controlled and also any IT systems used are password controlled. Firewall security is installed on each of the PC’s. Employees have been issued with a separate data protection policy to ensure your data is used appropriately and lawfully.
You have the right to know exactly what data we hold about you, the right to rectification if you believe any details we hold to be incorrect, the right to restrict our processing of your data if believed to be unlawful and also the right to object to us using your data for direct marketing purposes.
